Welcome Cougar parents to an exciting 2007-2008 at Sutton Middle School! This is our second school year in our beautiful new building, and we were lucky enough to find a fabulous new principal, Audrey Sofianos. (We all look forward to having former Sutton principal Mark MyGrant as our principal again when we get to North Atlanta High School!)

Sutton has so much to offer our students. We hope to receive our International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) certification this year making Sutton along with our feeder schools and high school the first system in the Southeast offering the full IB program for grades K-12.

In addition to our students receiving a high quality education, they also have the opportunity to get involved in 15 different sports and 31 fun clubs.

As parents, we hope you will also show your support for your student and the school by joining the PTA and getting involved in the school. There are opportunities to fit everyone’s schedule to be part of our neighborhood school.
